The leaders in sports classes & activities for children

First Kicks sports ltd was established in 2011 to provide a wide range of sports coaching services for children and adults throughout London. First Kicks sports ltd provide sports coaching and children’s holiday activities all year round.

The company was founded by directors Ellis Remy (ex-professional football player) for Wimbledon FC and Lincoln City FC and Samuel Okikiolu also ex-professional football player for Wimbledon FC and Clyde.  Together we have over ten years of experience of working with young people in various schools and youth clubs.

We pride ourselves on employing coaches who have a passion for their sport which they use to enthuse all participants. Our sessions include basketball, taekwondo, football, boxing, cheerleading, street dance, athletics, hockey and many more.

Our forte is providing sports coaching for primary school children both within and outside of the curriculum.

Over the past few years we have steadily increased the number of PPA sessions we provide in schools. We understand the importance of ensuring our coaches follow planning and are also able to adapt sessions to suit the needs of the class. We regularly hold training to ensure coaches are able to teach P.E lessons during teacher’s PPA time to a high standard. Our coaches also understand the importance of assessment for learning and are able to use assessment grids to keep track of children’s progress. Planning and assessment frameworks are provided by First Kicks.

In terms of after school clubs, we have sessions all across London in a wide range of settings. We provide expert coaches who specialise in specific sports on request of the school. Our sessions are fun, engaging and allow children to make progress in a specific sport.

Feedback from our PPA sessions and after school clubs has been extremely positive with schools requesting that we return year after year.

Our coaches are experts in their field. They are DBS-checked, have access to our in-house coaching and development training, and motivate the children of the future generation.
