We take pride in the quality of our coaches. In order that our coaches are of an outstanding standard in all sessions we:

• Undertake a rigorous interview process with practical element.

• Provide detailed briefings to all coaches before each session. In circumstances where a coach may be working in a school for more than one session we like to organise a ‘meet and greet’ with the coach and appropriate member of staff within the school. 

• Provide regular, high quality training for our coaches in different sports, behaviour management etc.

• Ensure all our coaches have completed their safe guarding training.

• Provide planning for our coaches to follow whilst also encouraging innovation within sessions.

• Provide daily support for our coaches.

 

Once we have established the requirements of a school we will select the coach who we feel best matches the sessions in terms of experience and skills. We understand how hectic school life therefore we like to ensure our service is efficient and the sessions all run as smoothly as possible. Our schools are able to call our main office or either of the directors directly at any time of day with any queries or issues at any time. We are renowned for the professional but friendly relationships we build with our schools. We ensure that sessions are overseen by the directors with termly ‘check ins’ and full support
for all the coaches.

 

EQUIPMENT – Although our coaches are happy to use sports equipment already in schools we are also able to provide equipment for all sports should this be required (this is included in the
cost of sessions).
